- All of my refinishing is by hand. In England, you don't sand down an antique and re-stain it like Americans have been known to do. You try to preserve the patina, so if the surface finish is damaged, you seal it with transparent shellac and do minor cosmetics with acrylic paints.

- It's a small satellite structure that was to be tied-in to an existing production platform called Pompano. By satellite, I mean it's not the main oil-bearing structure.

- What's your point? The original well will be plugged and abandoned. The intercept well will be bottomed into the original well several thousand feet above the reservoir and it too will be non-producible - it's above the reservoir. Have you ever been near an oil field?

- I'll tell you what I do. I restore antique furniture. I trained in England to learn the trade, in County Kent to be specific. I have two workshops in my basement at my primary residence and others in houses in Texas and in France (thus my screen name "eurotex").
